What is Norman City Center Rentals (CCR)?
Norman City Center Rentals — CCR for short — is privately owned, off-campus student housing near the University of Oklahoma. We are not affiliated with the university.
Is everything pre-leasing?
All CCR residences are pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year. Sagely Place and Jenkins are pre-leasing now. Deans Row Avenue at 730 Deans Row Ave is also pre-leasing now for a Fall 2027 opening.
Where are the three CCR residences?
Sagely Place: 201 W Apache St, Norman, OK 73069. Jenkins: 731 Jenkins Ave, Norman, OK 73069. Deans Row Avenue: 730 Deans Row Ave, Norman, OK 73069 (Opening Fall 2027).
Do you lease by the bedroom?
Every CCR residence leases by the bedroom — each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom.
What does pre-leasing cost per bedroom?
$1,500 per bedroom per month with all city utilities included (electricity, natural gas, water, and trash). Internet is the resident's responsibility. Final lease details are confirmed at signing.
What's the difference between Sagely Place and Jenkins?
Sagely Place is an 8-unit residence building at 201 W Apache St. Jenkins is six private townhomes at 731 Jenkins Ave. Both are brand-new construction with 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom layouts and are pre-leasing now.
What about Deans Row Avenue?
Deans Row Avenue at 730 Deans Row Ave is CCR's third residence — the same 4-bed / 4-bath townhome program as Jenkins, pre-leasing now for a Fall 2027 opening near Campus Corner.
What amenities are the same at every residence?
All CCR residences include on-site parking (Sagely Place at 201 W Apache St has 8–9 spaces; Jenkins and Deans Row provide all parking on site), bike parking, negotiable pet policy, and all city utilities in the $1,500/bed rate. Jenkins and Deans Row townhomes include a guest bathroom on the 1st floor. Only Sagely Place has elevator access.
Sagely Place
Do I get my own bathroom?
Yes. At Sagely Place, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Is parking available?
8–9 parking spaces are provided on site at 201 W Apache St.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy is negotiable — reach out and we'll work through it with you.
What's included with rent?
Sagely Place pre-leases at $1,500 per bedroom with all city utilities included (electricity, natural gas, water, and trash). Internet is the resident's responsibility.
Do I lease by the bed or the whole unit?
Sagely Place leases by the bedroom — you sign for your private bedroom and bathroom, not the whole unit.
Is Sagely Place pre-leasing?
Yes. Sagely Place is pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year at 201 W Apache St.
What's the lease term?
Sagely Place leases run 12 months.
Jenkins
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in a Jenkins townhome?
Each Jenkins townhome has 4 private bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, and a convenient guest bathroom on the first floor — about 1,816 square feet across three levels.
What's the lease term?
Jenkins leases run 12 months, same as Sagely Place.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy is negotiable — reach out and we'll work through it with you.

Jenkins pre-leases at $1,500 per bedroom with all city utilities included (electricity, natural gas, water, and trash). Internet is the resident's responsibility.

Where is Deans Row Avenue?

When will Deans Row Avenue open?
We are targeting Fall 2027. Pre-leasing is open now — join the priority list and we will share updates as plans are finalized.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in a Deans Row townhome?
Each townhome has 4 private bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, and a convenient guest bathroom on the first floor — about 1,816 square feet across three levels, matching the Jenkins townhome program.
What's the lease term?
Deans Row Avenue leases run 12 months, same as Jenkins and Sagely Place.
