Is City Center off-campus housing?
Yes. City Center is privately owned, off-campus student housing near the University of Oklahoma — not a university-owned or university-affiliated residence.
Where are City Center's OU student rentals located?
Both residences are in central Norman, Oklahoma, close to the University of Oklahoma, Campus Corner and Main Street.
What's the difference between Sagely Place and Jenkins?
Sagely Place is an 8-unit residence building at 201 W Apache St. Jenkins is a collection of just three private townhomes at 731 Jenkins Ave. Both are brand-new construction with 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom layouts.

Do I get my own bathroom?
Yes. At Sagely Place, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Is parking available?
Onsite and street parking are provided, with additional leased parking nearby. Exact space counts are being finalized.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy is negotiable — reach out and we'll work through it with you.
What's included with rent?
All bills are paid — electricity, natural gas, water and trash are included in your $1,500/bed rate. Internet is the resident's responsibility.
Do I lease by the bed or the whole unit?
Sagely Place leases by the bed at a fixed $1,500/bed — you sign for your bedroom, not the whole unit.
What's the lease term?
Sagely Place leases run 12 months.
Jenkins
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in a Jenkins townhome?
Each Jenkins townhome has 4 private bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, and a convenient guest bathroom on the first floor — about 1,816 square feet across three levels.
What's the lease term?
Jenkins leases run 12 months, same as Sagely Place.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy is negotiable — reach out and we'll work through it with you.
What's included with rent?
Utilities are the resident's responsibility at Jenkins — this is different from Sagely Place, where all bills are paid.
When can I move in?
Jenkins is pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year, first come, first served.
