Maintenance request procedures for current residents are being finalized. Details will be published here and in the resident iOS app when available.
Payments & account
Rent payment and account management tools are in development for the CCR iOS app. Until then, contact CCR directly with billing questions.
Community standards
All three CCR residences are designed for serious students who want a considered living environment. Community guidelines will be shared at lease signing.
