OU Off-Campus Housing Guide (2027–28)
All CCR residences are pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year. Norman City Center Rentals (CCR) offers three residences near the University of Oklahoma and Campus Corner — each with private bedrooms and private bathrooms, leased to groups of four.

Projected completion: August 1, 2027. If a home isn't ready when the lease begins, we provide reasonable alternative housing at no additional cost until it's complete — then residents move in for the rest of the lease.

How does CCR group leasing work?
Each resident gets a private bedroom and private bathroom. Homes are leased to groups of four on one lease, priced per bedroom. Short a roommate or two? Join the priority list and we'll help fill your home.

Is parking included?
Sagely Place: Partial on-site parking, with additional parking at a nearby church lot — one space per resident. Jenkins Avenue and Deans Row Avenue: On-site parking included.
What is the delivery guarantee for new construction?
