Norman City Center Rentals (CCR) offers privately owned off-campus housing near the University of Oklahoma — not affiliated with the university. Each residence leases by the bedroom with a private bathroom for every student.

All CCR residences are pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year.

$1,500 per bedroom per month with all city utilities included (electricity, natural gas, water, and trash). Internet is the resident's responsibility. Final lease details are confirmed at signing.

Every CCR residence leases by the bedroom — each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom. Every residence includes all city utilities in the $1,500/bed rate, on-site parking, bike parking, and a negotiable pet policy. Jenkins and Deans Row townhomes include a 1st-floor guest bathroom. Only Sagely Place (201 W Apache St) has elevator access and 8–9 dedicated parking spaces on site.
