Pre-Leasing
How pre-leasing works.
All CCR residences are pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year. Every CCR residence leases by the bedroom — each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom.
$1,500 per bedroom per month with all city utilities included (electricity, natural gas, water, and trash). Internet is the resident's responsibility. Final lease details are confirmed at signing.
The process

Join the priority list
Share your contact information and which residence interests you. We reach out as pre-leasing details are confirmed.

Schedule a tour
When tours are available at Sagely Place or Jenkins, we will coordinate a time to walk the residence and answer your questions in person.

Choose your bedroom
Every CCR residence leases by the bedroom — each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom.

Sign your lease
Lease terms, move-in dates and final pricing are confirmed at signing. All CCR residences are pre-leasing now for the 2027–28 school year.

All residences include all city utilities, on-site parking, bike parking, and negotiable pets. Townhomes include a 1st-floor guest bathroom; only Sagely Place has an elevator (8–9 parking spaces on site). See the FAQ for common questions.
