How leasing works.
City Center leases individual beds in premium off-campus residences near the University of Oklahoma. Here is the path from interest to move-in.
The process

Join the priority list
Share your contact information and which residence interests you. We reach out as availability and lease terms are confirmed.

Schedule a tour
When tours are available, we will coordinate a time to walk the residence — Sagely Place or Jenkins — and answer your questions in person.

Choose your bed
City Center leases by the bed, not by the whole unit. Each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom in a shared residence.
04
Sign your lease
Lease terms, move-in dates and final pricing are confirmed at signing. Some details are still being finalized with the property owner.
